The rooms were quite nice

The shower was very slippy the kettle kept turning on n off on its own THE POOL was empty wen we got there said it was going to be filled , wen it was it was dirty green water 🤢couldn’t use it , the other pool was dirty on folk were just getting in with outside clothes on like swimming and washing clothes it said .. no swimming unless costumes on .. just ignored wen I mentioned to staff she just said .. oh … !!’ We had to ask for rooms to be cleaned and towels changed and toilet rolls … we paid for food and they said we hadn’t plus it was expensive .. 90 rups for a can they charge 2.20 !!!! We asked for breakfast the morning we left at 5.30 never arrived.. they gave us in a parcel … wat we gonna do with 6 pieces of bread and jam sachets in a taxis ???????!!!! The tv went off 2 days and asking 4 times eventually got on it advertised price. 64500 rups a night we paid 21000. Wasn’t worth it and defo not 64000

Can’t Say Anything it was not good as per price

No Proper Cleaning Management & No Proper Services in this resort. Food Quality was pathetic. Even room was not spacious as per super delux. No Proper toiletries

Rooms are good no doubt

Swimming pool was not operational and as per the room confirmation it clearly says bathtub in the room but it is not there. Breakfast was not that great. Front office can be little soft while addressing it to guest.

House keeping service problem as not once did the staff came n cleaned room in these 3 days of stay.

The staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. Was located in a quiet area but easy to get to the main road. The pool was clean and not too busy. The food was lovely. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast had a good range. There is a Wax Museum on the main room - worth going to!

All was good.
