Room was good in terms of space

Service and behaviour of the staff; facilities in the room.

Rooms are well cleaned and hygienic. Lower position staff provide excellent service. Manage level staff are difficult to be convinced if you need any service. It took time But they understood my request and resolved it the next day. Restaurant food and ambience is very good. The swimming pool is also +1 is very good.

Washroom tiles must be changed They always look dirty and filthy even after cleaning. Both floor and side wall. Rooms must be provided with normal filter water instead of asking them to buy bisleri. Breakfast timing should be changed to 7 am instead of 8 am, as we had to leave early for airport so we had to skip breakfast.

Ambience was good. It was located near to the main road of Arpora and away from crowded place like baga and calangute. The rooms were clean. Food was delicious but quite expensive. The restaurant staff behaviour was good compared to one of the receptionist.

We reached the hotel nearly at 8.30AM, we had requested an early checkin in prior. However when we reached the hotel, one of the receptionist told to wait aa the rooms were yet to be vacated for us to check in. We patiently waited. After some time we went to the receptionist again and this time there was a different receptionist who told us there is no room for us to accommodate and thus we need to wait till 2pm. We were already exhausted but still waited. Nearly 11pm, we saw some of the people checking out from the rooms. We went to the receptionist to ask of they can accommodate us since people went. There were 2 different receptionist and one of them humbly told me to wait as he will check whether he can accommodate us early, However, the other guy cut him in middle and told us rudely that we have to wait until 2pm and hr is unable to accommodate us before 2pm. We were shocked by this receptionist rude behavior. Even though there were several people checked out from the hotel, they checked in us at 1.45 pm. Very bad management and due to that one particular receptionist behaviour, I'm not giving the resort 10/10
