I stayed here recently and had a disappointing experience. At the time of check-out, the property manager assured me that I would get a 15% discount on food and drinks as mentioned on Booking.com. He said the discount was already applied, but when I checked the bill after paying, it wasn’t. When I questioned him, he promised to refund the amount the next day. He never did, and he has stopped answering calls. The rooms were spacious, but they weren’t cleaned properly and there were small insects inside. The food tasted fine, but the service was very slow. We had to wait around 30 to 40 minutes for every order. Overall, the place has potential, but the lack of honesty, poor cleanliness, and slow service made the stay disappointing. Not recommended unless they fix these issues.

Breakfast was good as it offered good vegetarian mix and good options as well, Location was good as it is very close to major beaches. Balcony is facing to pool and has good view.

Staff member were rude. Cleanliness was not the priority. Only when you ask them to clean the room they will come else they will not even fulfill the promise of refill of water bottle or refill basic amenities like tea bags or coffee. Linens and pillow cover are always dirty or not so washed properly so it doesnt feel like fresh. One more bad thing - they do not consider your privacy at all. When we were staying they were painting their hotel and you cant even use your balcony and we have to always keep our curtains closed as those painters can peep inside room easily
