Tapovana The Fern Sakleshpur, Series by Marriott

We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant for both nights, the food was the best part of the stay. The location is stunning. We did a morning trek with their guide and he was fantastic.

Service generally is poor, we had to ask them to set up the campfire twice We had to call for the buggy twice, and it took 15 mins to come (supposedly it wasn't working, but they didn't call to let us know) The rooms are nice, but for what you pay - the toilets had a smell and was not maintained well. I wouldn't say this was a 4-star quality resort. Service always makes a big difference, and the property has a lot of potential to make it lovely!

It is a new property and The location is amazing! The greenery and polite / earnest staff.

They are very disorganised and unprofessional. Very slow service. Housekeeping is really bad. Items are missing or not working in the room. Takes up too much time to get the room in order after checking in. Buggies do not work most of the time, so one has to walk in the rain and on the steep slopes.

Everything , food and staff

Excellent resort nestled among coffee plantation. There are some nice spots within property to view Sunset and also if you are lucky you get to see "Peacock" visiting the property in the morning. Food is quite good and so is their Hospitality.

Nothing to dislike, but as improvement, Rooms could be better lit

It’s very peaceful , pleasant and very much relaxing
