The location and cleanliness and view of kanchenjunga snow covered peak.. food also was good with good service

Some food items were changed when served.. should be served exactly as it's mentioned in the menu.. or try to inform guests of its non availability so they can order something else

Excellent location, clean well maintained property. Very good well mannered, courteous staff.

However the food is very average. WiFi is terrible most of the time doesnt work in the rooms. WiFi became more important as mobile networks ( Vodafone / Airtel ) very poor.

Courteous pampering attitude of the staff to us. The room was spacious, hygienic.

Wifi connectivity is poor. Food quality can be better.

Water not packaged..simple ro water Geyser not working Staff doesn't respond As mentioned while booking..regarding free spa..staff were hesitant to give You need to call ample of times foor room service Many properties much better than this available at par Wasn't given the room as per my booking / or as shown on the website
