Location, helpful staffs, food, spacious room etc. I booked a simple deluxe room, but they upgraded to a premier room without any extra charges! This property has a great team under a great team leader cum hotel manager I felt. (there was a small technical/maintenance issue in hot water line in my room only, which was addressed by the manager himself with his maintenance staff and personally looked after until the issue was resolved!) Also Jun 29 was the birthday of hotel manager, full team celebrated so nicely, I’m amazed as they also invited me into their very own hotel birthday party. Couple of these moments made my stay special in this property! It was a great stay!!

Weak Wi-Fi, but I guess overall network in whole Darjeeling is bit weak. Also I felt bathroom is bit smaller for 2 people (good for one), although the whole room space is quite big.

The only good point is the location.

Small cramped rooms. No table for luggage You have to keep your luggage on your bed to open up. Ill maintained property. This was my third stay at this property. It has detoriated a lot

"Don't choose this hotel... It's a scam....."

Nothing

Superbly overpriced. They cost 11000 for a room worth 2800. They are looting travellers in the name of the summit brand and peek season hype. With the name of premium view room, they provide the room as the picture attached. You'll end up watching neighbours' open toilet from your window. The hot water supply was faulty and we were not able to get hot water for a whole day out of our 3 nights stay. There was no water in the toilet flush as well. It was a nightmare to stay in this property. It ruined our holiday.

Location was breathtaking with scenic views. As the hotel does not have a separate veg kitchen we did not take food there

There is no shower curtain which made water splash all over. With smooth tiling it’s a bit dangerous to come out
