They have already renamed the resort as PRIZM Resorts and available for booking in all apps to beat the poor reviews. They are currently displaying as 4 star resort to con future customers.

The property is poorly maintained and the staff is aware of it . They know that the tourist are not in a position to complain as most are booked online through booking apps. There are no TV or A/c in all rooms. It’s a surprise element which is present in some rooms.

Stay , mountain view room

There was no staff for any support, when asking reception person said they'll be arranging but no one came.Breakfast is very very limited that too only veg . Dosa chutney, uPma , watermelon, sweet, tea prepared on asking.

Pool was big and good but not maintained

Cleanliness , indoor and outdoor activities , not much free space . Less staff

Road repair on the way to Resort

Poor quality of bed making noice at night disturbed our sleep. There is no hot water in bathroom. Even soap is dispenser also brokened. No response to any complaints.No one to came for help. Breakfast was very worst. We have never stayed in a such bad resort in our life time. Whaste if money.
