Klov Resort & Spa

Klov resort is a beautiful place, gorgeous nature around, delicious food and I have to said it, the spa is very good. All this is very peaceful, perfect if you need to rest and love good looking landscapes.

It was not possible to pay with a foreign credit card. The soundproofing between the rooms is not enough good. More informations about what you can do around- trekking, safari etc...would be welcomed.

Quiet, forest location surrounded by natural beauty.

Not everything was available on the food menu, but the chef did an amazing job. Suggestion would be to have a daily board of what is available. It was clean but there was still some rubbish around the resort which we picked up.

The location of the property was very nice. The rooms are well maintained and facilities inside the rooms were perfect.

The options for food is very limited mainly south indian. The quality of soup and Chinese food is merely average. What's even more upsetting is that the staffs can't even speak or understand English properly. They lack training. Service quality is a challenge. Communication barriers pulled down the experience to a large extent. Only Sabeesh the marketing manager speaks very well, but unfortunately in our time he was hardly at the property to coordinate. So for food keep expectations to basic level only.
