Staff were amazing couldn't do enough for you, if we were carrying anything they would grab it and take it to our room. Shuttle was useful. Breakfast was good. Great pedicure.

Pool area could have been cleaned, same debris under beds for the 10 days we stayed there. The sunbed pads were stained, some had split seams. The pool towels white stripes were grey. Room needs a lot of TLC and more attention to detail when cleaning. Bathroom was worst, the shower screen and tiles were thick with old soap scum. The tiles behind the basins were splattered with other people's toothpaste. Bath was filthy. I am aware with hindsight we should have mentioned all this when we arrived, but there was so much and management really should check rooms are cleaned to an acceptable standard.

Clean & spacious rooms & having our own private pool was a highlight ,along with use of the main pool if wanted. The staff were so friendly & helpful which added to a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The breakfasts were ample & dining area kept very clean & tidy .

One toilet/ drain area was quite smelly . The walk to the shopping area & beach was a narrow road, uneven in places & torch needed in unlit areas at night .

C'est la 2ème fois qu'on réserve dans cet hôtel une villa avec piscines privées, il est top. Vous pouvez y aller sans souci.

Great location, nice and quiet, our pool was lovely, staff were nice.

We struggled to lock the villa everytime we went out, it became a sport....and we found that we had to spray everytime we left for mossies. Overall we were really happy with the staff and place, but it is missing the little touches like a hairdryer, some proper bodywash and a few other things for the price you pay. Would still recommend though :)

Everything! Staff were incredible, they helped my partner organise his proposal. They went above and beyond for us everyday! We would ask for room service and it was there in minutes! We will be back for sure

The only thing I could fault about this place is probably the mattresses aren’t very comfortable and the pillows are a little lumpy! I feel bad saying anything bad about this place as they are so lovely and such a great spot, the pool was warm. We hide bikes every day from the Villa it was so easy to get everywhere.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem abgewohnt& die Gerüche sind zum Teil schwer erträglich. Von muffig bis zu chemisch, alles dabei. In den Bädern ist es immer nass, es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Die Fliesen auf dem Boden deshalb auch immer nass. Die Möbel sind abgestoßen, die Wände gehören gestrichen, die Türen aus Alu schließen merkwürdig, alle Dichtungen und Fugen gehören erneuert… eigentlich Kleinigkeiten, aber scheinbar hat niemand Interesse daran. In der Küche/ Wohnraum wiederholt sich das Ganze… Schade, denn das Potential wäre da.
