Le personnel est au top, que ce soit les personnes du petit déjeuner, que ceux qui font l’entretien des chambres ou du jardin, l’accueil. Accueil chaleureux. Nouvel avions un studio qui était bien équipé, une salle de bain immense. J’avais lu des commentaires disant que c’était sombre mais pour nous pas du tout, petite maisonnette avec petite terrasse devant. Tous les jours les serviettes de piscine étaient déposées avec 2 bouteilles d’eau. Un très bon wifi pour travailler en tant que digital nomad. La piscine est ressemblante à la photo Une navette gratuite mise à disposition (en réservant à l’avance) pour le centre commercial et la plage. Le rapport qualité prix est très très intéressant

Il faudrait une petite attention pour les odeurs, remontées d’égout sur nos deux derniers jours dans la salle de bain

Gorgeous villa with private pool. The breakfast was great. Very large and comfortable bed. Great location, short walk to main street with restaurants, spas and shops. Will stay here again.

The staff are so kind and friendly.

Location is a bit tricky to navigate. The villa is spacious but something must be done to the mosquitos, our kids had been bitten badly even with sprays and cream, mostly in the face and upper back. Airconditioning at Villa Anna is very noisy. We had scary moment during our first day, the wiring above the water pump/heater outside burnt so badly it started to catch a fire,good thing we are out already and in the pool and smell and found it burning, I dont know if it happens while were asleep. We had no power for few hrs after that but they fixed it when we came back.

Lots of space & the pool was a good size

Couldn’t close the doors properly so mosquitos could come in. 2 bedroom villa is pretty run down. Very noisy A/C unit. Curtains didn’t block out the full sun in the morning at all so very bright at first light.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet place to relax.

Was quiet, relaxing & accommodating when wanting down time.

Needs a little update but love the Balinese style

Staff where great and it was great to have room service and a mini bar. loved that the villa wrapped around the pool very spacious and liked outdoor kitchen and position
