Aleesha Villas and Suites

The room was very clean and spacious. Pool was lovely but no mattresses on the sun lounges made relaxing round pool was uncomfortable.

Comfort around pool... as stated above only wooden sun lounges, no mattresses. A shuttle was one of the features offered as the villas are difficult to walk to and from. Only two leaving the Villas, and none for the return trip from the beach in the afternoon.

Impossible to get the invoice of out stay They are saying we should get it from booking and booking is saying we should get it from them So far we still don’t have an invoice

Some room maintenance required. Loose fittings, lack of utensils.

What I loved most about our villa in Sanur was the staff — honestly the friendliest, kindest people who made us feel so welcome the whole stay.

What I didn’t love was that the villa needs quite a bit of work it was much more run-down than the photos, the cleanliness wasn’t great, and the location wasn’t as central to main Sanur as we expected. For the price we paid, it felt overpriced compared to other villas we’ve stayed in that were cheaper, much nicer, and exceeded our expectations

The double Room pool villa was lovely, and totally worth going to and staying in, and the staff were very sweet.

The only issue was the mosquitoes in the room, and the room wasn't cooling much.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, sämtliche Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf besondere Wünsche beim Essen würde eingegangen. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Praktisch war hier der Shittlebus, der die Gäste morgens und mittags kostenlos entweder ins Zentrum oder an den Strand gefahren hat.

Auf den ersten Blick sah alles super aus. Auf den zweiten Blick zeigten sich jedoch schon fast eklige Zustände: Schimmel an der Wand im Badezimmer. Sogar Pilze sind aus der Fussleiste im Schlafzimmer gewachsen. Überall bröckelt der Putz ab und sauber war es nur vornerum. Die Duschbrause war sehr verkalkt, so dass gar nicht richtig Wasser rauskam. Am schlimmsten war der private Pool. Dieser war so sehr veralgt, dass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Der Poolfilter lief dreimal täglich für je eine knappe Stunde. Die reingefallenen Blätter wurden nicht entfernt. An den Esstisch haben wir uns nicht gesetzt, da unten drunter alles voller Spinnweben war.

Отдыхали с мужем на прекрасной вилле 6 дней. Это было великолепно. Завтрак утром в номер к удобному для нас времени. Номер убирали ежедневно. Большое спасибо менеджерам, которые решали все вопросы, связанные с комфортным проживанием очень быстро. Огромное спасибо за наш чудесный отдых!!!
