Relaxing

No running water

Bugs, my son has allergies to mosquitos, he left after one night in welts.

The water park was good.

The hot water system could be little batter.

I liked the beach, the location, close to Bracebridge.

Could be more updated. The cottage was comfortable but very gloomy. The sofa was broken and very old.

Water falls, river, the nature, etc.

Bad smells when walking to the water park.

The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working and had to repeatedly ask the staff for help. Though they gave an alternative on the second day, we had a very tough time on day 1. Also, there were no locks for the washrooms[that was weird] and the washbasin had leaks. The maintenance staff came and was no help. We expected some compensation for the inconvenience but nothing was there.

The room wasn't bad. You get what you pay for, Quiet reasonable for its prime location. View of the falls makes your stay worthwhile. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed.

BBQ grill was disgusting, and none of the utensils were cleaned properly. They don't provide any bathing supplies, which is very inconvenient. Had to shower just with water, and I wish they had informed us to bring our own bathing supplies. Water pressure in the shower was a joke. One can't clean them selves with only so much water coming out of the shower. Water temperature was fluctuating, so It was a very frustrating experience in there.
