Tree Cool Resort

Great staying at the Tree Cool Resort! The rooms are superclean, and the owners made us feel super welcome. The place is about 5 minutes walking from the town and the train station. We would definitely recommend these rooms! Thank you for everything! We'll chose your place again if we come back to Ella!

Its location to the centre of town. Ella is a very lively town. The property is located within close walking distance but set on a side road so it was quite peaceful

The bathroom

No disturbance, closest to railway station

No drinking water provided

The hosts are really nice and helped us with some problems we had with our tuk tuk rental. The next morning we had to take the train early so the location was perfect. With some earplugs you get a good night sleep (there is music coming from town).

The bathroom is full of mold and needs some replacements. The bed smelled dusty. We had accommodations way cheaper for more luxury. It was fine for 1 night.

The wifi didnt work while we were there, but it didnt work for us in the whole city, so I dont think it has anything to do with the property. But be aware to book further hotels before hand, in case you dont have wifi to do so.

Tree Cool was right close to the Station..literally five minutes walk. A basic room with adequate facilities although a kettle and small fridge would have been useful...the rooms are set in a lovely garden and the guest house is within easy walking distance to the town. Wished I could have stayed longer!! Owner was exceptionally nice.

Very loud music from across from hotel every night, either take ear plugs or choose elsewhere. This place would have been marked higher except for this. Not sure if this is every night but 3 nights in a row for me. Location thus mixed blessing
