The hotel & the hotel facilities were all amazing, the decor throughout was beautiful and cleanliness was perfect at all times. The spa area was a joy and offered much needed peace and tranquillity, the treatments were amazing and priced very fairly with discount offered for residents; and the staff here (particularly Jon) were excellent, although all access here was subject to additional charges the experience was well worth the additional costs. Food & service in the buffet restaurant was also of a high standard.

The hotel is beautiful and there is a wide range of facilities and food options, however it was very busy during our stay with many families with young children, pool side sun loungers were difficult to obtain if not secured very early each day and queues at some food venues at peak times all of which did affect the overall ambiance experienced, and a particular disappointment - on arrival we were informed that table service speciality restaurants were only available to guests staying a minimum of 3 nights, this was explained after being redirected from the check in desk to guest services. As these facilities influenced our initial hotel selection it is very misleading for this information not to be stated in advance of booking and considerably annoying for reception to also not have been transparent with the information sending us to guest services, who initially secured our requested restaurant and then promptly withdrew and cancelled our dinner reservation because our stay wasn’t there required 3 nights minimum.

Deluxe huone vähän pieni kahdelle aikuiselle ja lapselle. Matkatavaroille ei oikein paikkaa mihin laittaa. Aamupalalla meluisaa. Juomien taso vaihteli riippuen mistä tilasi, ison altaan vieressä oleva baari toimi huonoiten ja drinkkeihin ei panostettu juurikaan. Gluteenitonta ruokaa piti aina pyytää erikseen, mitään ei ollut saatavilla. Ja aina piti odottaa. Ja mitään jälkiruokia tai ruokia ei vaivauduttu erittelemään, että mitä ne sisälsivät. Eli maksoin all inclusive maksun, mutta suurimta osaa ruuista en pystynyt syömään. Mielestäni on kohtuutonta, että on kymmeniä leipiä tai jälkiruokia ja kakkuja ja yhtäkään ei ole tehty gluteenittomana vaihtoehtona. Söin viisi päivää peräkkäin samaa kakkua jälkiruuaksi. Ei ollut hintansa väärti. Lisäksi oli paljon pastaa ja pizzaa, mutta näistäkään ei koskaan gluteenitonta vaihtoehtoa. Ei olisi vaikea tehdä jos vähän näkisi vaivaa. Kun söimme yhden kerran Tavernassa hotelli ulkopuolella, kaikki pizzat, pastat ja ruuat sai gluteenittomana. Tämä oli huonosti hotellissa järjestetty ja huonoa palvelua.

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer am Rand der Anlage mit Sharing Pool, was sehr angenehm war. Der Stand war leider nicht so toll, es gab auch nur wenig Liegen. Sowohl das Abendessen, als auch das Frühstück in den A la carte Restaurant war hervorragen! Das Personal war sowohl in den Restaurants als auch in den Bars sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Nur mit Nachdruck bekamen wir einen Tisch zum Abendessen bzw. zum Frühstück, da bei Ankunft alle a la carte Restaurants ausgebucht waren. Mit einer App kann man dort einen Tisch reservieren, was nicht möglich war. Nachdem wir bei der Rezeption deponiert haben, dass uns dies ganz wichtig sei, konnte uns geholfen werden.

Amazing! The restaurants and facilities were amazing as well as the staff

We had an amazing time. The resort is truly fantastic — it offers many swimming pools, à la carte restaurants, bars, activities, and a great gym. I do feel that you are dependent on a car or bus, as there isn’t a village within walking distance. It’s definitely highly recommended, especially since it’s adults-only — it’s peaceful and has a really relaxing vibe.

It’s a pity that you can’t book the restaurants or workshops yourself via the app. Because of this, you’re dependent on the service desk, and in our case, they often didn’t pass things on correctly. I also wasn’t impressed with the padel court — the court itself is good, but the rackets were completely worn out and the balls were really far too old.
