Ella Helea

We had an amazing honeymoon at Ella Hela, and the whole experience was unforgettable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Yannis and the fantastic team for making our stay so special. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded us to a beautiful swim-up room for our last three nights. It was an incredible surprise and made our holiday even more memorable. The hotel is stunning, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Fotis, who made our stay extra special. Every time we visit, he goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. His kindness, friendliness, and outstanding service never go unnoticed, and he is a real credit to the hotel. The swim-up room was absolutely perfect and gave us the chance to relax and enjoy the final days of our honeymoon in luxury. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Thank you again to Yannis, Fotis, and everyone at Ella Hela for going above and beyond. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return in the future!

Das Buffet war sehr gut und bot täglich eine grosse Auswahl an frischen und schmackhaften Speisen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Street Food Hub, der für uns eines der Highlights des Aufenthalts war. Zudem haben wir uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Anlage war gepflegt, die Atmosphäre angenehm und viele Bereiche waren bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Preise für die angebotenen Wasseraktivitäten empfanden wir im Verhältnis zur Leistung als recht hoch. Teilweise waren diese sogar teurer als vergleichbare Angebote in der Schweiz. Ausserdem waren wir von den Spezialitätenrestaurants enttäuscht. Trotz Reservierung mussten wir im Innenbereich essen, der Service entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen und auch die Qualität der Speisen konnte uns nicht vollständig überzeugen. Da wir unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht haben, hätten wir uns zudem etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit oder eine kleine besondere Geste, beispielsweise in Form eines Upgrades, gewünscht.

The place is amazing, lots of pools and places to hang out, the staff are very welcoming and positive.

The basic food was ok, and seems like the hotel doesn’t really want you to visit the fancy restaurants occasionally. We managed to get a spot only once, and it was great! Wish we could get more…

Having just returned from our third stay at Elissa Lifestyle Resort, and with our fourth already booked for next year, I think that says everything about how much we love this place. This year brought a significant change with the move to an all-inclusive offering. What impressed us most wasn't the change itself, but the response from management. Halfway through our stay, we were invited to provide feedback through the app. We gave honest observations and were genuinely blown away by the engagement from the management team. They actively listened, responded thoughtfully, and showed a real desire to continuously improve the guest experience. Compared to previous years, there was also a much more visible management presence throughout the resort, which spoke volumes about their commitment to maintaining the highest standards. One of the biggest reasons we return year after year is the people. The staff at Elissa are genuinely exceptional and create an atmosphere that is warm, personal, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alex, Sunshine, Athonis, Peter, Hasan, Kleftis from Masari Restaurant, John John, and James. Every one of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We'd also like to recognise senior management, particularly Emanuel and Philipos, whose visibility, engagement, and commitment to guest experience were evident throughout our stay. The food was exceptional. We always enjoyed the buffet in previous years, but somehow this year it was even better. The quality, variety, and freshness were outstanding, and the soups in particular deserve special mention—they were absolutely incredible. The restaurants, as always, were faultless. From the service and atmosphere to the menu options and presentation, every meal felt special. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we cannot speak highly enough of the resort, the team, and the management.

There were a few areas where we felt the all-inclusive experience could be refined further. Snacks in the rooms weren't always replenished, and the drink offering could benefit from some simplification. At the buffet, a small selection of two or three carefully chosen wines would be a fantastic addition, giving guests a little more choice while maintaining the premium feel of the resort. In the evening bars, the cocktail menus are extensive, which is great in theory, but perhaps streamlining them to a smaller number of signature cocktails executed perfectly could help improve service times while enhancing quality and consistency. We also noticed guests at Helea enjoying frozen cocktail options, which we think would be a brilliant addition around the pool bars and would likely be very popular. These suggestions come from a place of wanting to see Elissa continue to thrive and remain the exceptional resort it has always been. We would hate to see it become just another generic all-inclusive destination because it is so much more than that. What makes Elissa special is its quality, attention to detail, relaxed atmosphere, and premium experience.

בסך הכל הייתה לנו חוויה ממש טובה, נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון ואפילו לא יצאנו ממנו :) הצוות היה שירותי מאוד, מהרגע שכף רגלנו דרכה במלון מיד ניגשו אלינו ועזרו לנו עם הכל, שודרגנו לחדר גדול יותר, יש המון פינוקים קטנים לאורך היום כמו חלוקת ארטיקים בבריכה בצהריים או צוות ניקיון שעובר בערב בחדר להחליף מגבות ולהציע פינוק, האווירה במלון מקסימה, הבריכות נעימות, יש מיזוג והמיטות נוחות. בן זוגי השתמש בחדר הכושר והיה מרוצה, באופן כללי המלון מציע הרבה פעילויות ושיעורי יוגה ופילאטיס שכנראה מתאימים למי שמעוניין, אנחנו פחות היינו בקטע ולא היו סדנאות מיוחדות בתקופה שבה אנחנו ביקרנו (חברה סיפרה שהיו לה סדנאות קרמיקה וסדנת בישול) אבל מניחה שיש מבחר שיכול להתאים למעוניינים. בגדול היה ממש כיף ונהננו מאוד

על אף שבסך הכל נהננו היו כמה דברים שהעכירו על הביקור שלנו ולדעתי המלון צריך לקחת לתשומת לבו. הראשון והעיקרי הוא עניין המסעדות - מיד לאחר ההזמנה פניתי למלון, ציינתי שאני בהריון ושיהיו לי מגבלות קולינריות. על אף שהמלון ציין שהצוות ישמח לבוא לקראתי, הם שכחו לציין שיש צורך להזמין מראש מקומות למסעדות שלהם. רק כשהגענו גילינו שהמסעדות בתפוסה מלאה, וכשפנינו לנציגת שירות הלקוחות היא אמרה שהמידע מצוין באתר שלהם (הוא לא מצוין בבוקינג בשום מקום). בגלל שציינתי את אכזבתי הרבה מהעניין והדגשתי שפניתי אליהם מראש, באו לקראתי והצליחו למצוא לנו מקומות ב2 מתוך 3 הערבים שלנו במלון, אבל כל העניין לא היה נעים מאוד מלכתחילה וזה כנראה מאכזב עבור אורחים פחות עקשנים ממני שלא היו מתווכחים על כך. יש לציין שהאוכל בבופה במלון היה פשוט לא טעים. משעמם, לא ייחודי ולא תואם לאוכל של מלון, ובעיקר מאכזב שלא היה בכלל מבחר של אוכל יווני - גירוס, סופלאקי או מוסקה, סתם חדר אוכל גנרי. גם בבוקר מבחר המאפים היה דל ואני מקווה שלא מארחים צרפתים במלון כי כל קשר בין קרואסונים לבין מה שהוגש בחדר האוכל הוא מקרי בהחלט. האוכל במסעדות היה טוב יותר אבל אחת המנות שהזמנו הייתה פשוט בלתי אכילה, כשציינו את זה בפני המלצר הוא התעלם מכך ולא הציע מנה חלופית או פיצוי אחר. מבחינת ניקיון החדרים, ביום השני להגעתנו רצינו להגיע לחדר למנוחת צהריים בשעה 3, וכשהגענו גילינו שהחדר טרם נוקה. פנינו לקבלה והעניין סודר, ביקשנו שלמחרת ינוקה מוקדם יותר, אבל מלכתחילה הייתי מצפה שמלון ברמה הזו יהיה מודע לכך שאנשים בחופשה מעוניינים לנוח בצהריים ושהחדר יהיה מסודר. מה שהיה בעיקר חסר לנו הוא החוויה היוונית. המלון מציע הרבה מסעדות וברים אבל לא הייתה שום טברנה יוונית בערב, ובאותה מידה יכולנו לנסוע לכל מקום אחר בעולם. כאמור לא היה אוכל יווני בכלל. על אף שהחוויה שלנו הייתה טובה מאוד סך הכל, יהיה קשה לנו להמליץ על המלון כי הוא מאוד חסר ייחודיות. אני רוצה לקוות שהצוות יקרא את הביקורת וייקח לתשומת לבו נקודות לשיפור.
