מלון נהדר ומפנק , בריכות כיפיות מגלשות מים לילדים ממש מושלמות וחוף הים צמוד ונעים מאוד לשהיה,גם האלכוהול חופשי ואיכותי המון מיזנונים , נקי מאוד האוכל טעים והמבחר עצום , המלון הכי טוב שהייתי בחיים חד משמעי

חדר קטן בקומה 1 , הנוף היה מאכזב פשוט בטון מול הפרצוף,ביקשתי מהפקידה שיחליפו לי חדר היא הבטיחה שיחזרו אלי בווצאפ אך איש לא חזר לעדכן מה קורה

המלון בהחלט נקי ומטופח והצוות די נחמד

הבריכות קפואות. מצופה ממלון שמגיעים אליו עם ילדים ותינוקות שלפחות בריכה אחת תהיה מחוממת. לנו זה הרס ממש כי התינוקת שלנו בקושי רצתה להיות בבריכה ולכן קנינו לה בריכה מתנפחת ושמנו לה ביציאה מהחדר. בנוסף הרום סרוויס עולה 20 יורו כל פעם, בשונה מהמלון של המבוגרים ששם הבנתי שזה חופשי. מבאס לגמרי, וגם שדיברתי על זה עם צוות המלון הבטיחו שיחזרו אליי ולא חזרו.

Bellissimo resort per la famiglia , mare, svariate piscine , una baia a disposizione, cibo ottimo. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo

La Camera poteva essere poco più grande. Non capisco perché in Grecia i vari hotel e resort chiudono le piscine e le varie attività alle 18

Stunning hotel, luxurious feel, all inclusive room service was amazing something we haven’t had before in a hotel, drinks were great, drinks service also avaliable on the beach. Loved our room which was a junior suite with pool access, beautifully decorated and clean, staff very helpful throughout. Check in was a great experience with being taken for welcome drink whilst keys and luggage were being sorted.

Towels were out on sunbeds really early in the morning despite signs up saying no reserving, seems to be a problem to get them later on in the day as even the beds outside our room were taken at one point. Buffet food was nice but not a great selection, struggled to get booked into à la carte only managed one for our stay as fully booked.

It’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It was literally perfect.

Great service and location. Food quality was high. Really enjoyed the pool bar and service was great. Gym equipment was better than expected.

Some confusion of street food vendor usage for adults only guests. Some confusion on process for booking 'a la carte' restaurants, one booking was cancelled without being communicated too however this was quickly resolved. Some confusion around if decaf coffee beans (wife was pregnant) were available on most days, answer was yes or no dependant on who you spoke too.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, stylish, and with so much attention to every little detail. The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and truly special. The cocktails were absolutely amazing — creative, delicious, and made with so much care. We really enjoyed every drink and the whole bar experience. The food throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every restaurant impressed us, but Fourni, the meat restaurant, was a real highlight. The food was incredible, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and definitely one of the best dining experiences of our stay. The staff made the experience even more memorable. Everyone was so kind, friendly, professional, and always smiling. A special thank you to Petros from the pool area, who gave us outstanding service and made us feel truly looked after. His kindness and positive energy really stood out. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We had an unforgettable stay and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
