Room cleaning could have been better. Not once through the week I've felt room was cleaned properly and on last day we even run out of shower gel as they didn't top it up. For this price range indoor pool and sauna should be included. Also pillows could be more comfortable.

האכול פחות מתאים לחיך הישראלי , אבל יש מגוון גדול. והניקיון של החדרים היה לא טוב יום אחד מתוך השבוע

הכל כולל הכל היה פשוט מושלם !!!! הצוות החדרים האוכל, הילדים נהנו ברמות, חופשה מושלמת ממליצה מאוד.

We booked a suite, but when we arrived, the room looked very different from the pictures. However, after we complained, the staff moved us to the correct suite (the one from the photos), which was beautiful, spacious, and very pleasant. ​A huge and special thanks goes to Kristina from Guest Services. She speaks Hebrew, which was a great bonus, but above all, her service was amazing! She did everything possible to help us and even compensated us generously to make up for the initial disappointment. We felt she genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay and left satisfied. ​Overall, the service at the hotel is excellent. They really care about the guests and want them to have a great vacation. The hotel's design is high-end.

​Food: The buffet has a wide variety but wasn't for our taste, but the food in the hotel's à la carte restaurants was absolutely delicious and of a very high standard. ​AC: There is a temperature limit on the air conditioning in the rooms. The lowest it can go is 22°C, which was too warm for us

מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה. שירות מעולה הוא הכל כלול. גם בבריכה אלכוהול קפה קוקטיילים חופשי כל היום בשירות מעולה.

יש במלון כמה מסעדות (שגם כלולות במחיר) שאפשר להזמין דרכם מקום רק דרך באפליקציית המלון. ממליץ להזמין מראש אחרת לא יהיה מקום. אז זה קצת מבאס ועדיף להזמין לפני.

לא אהבנו כלום

לא אהבתי את השירות, לא ניקו לנו את החדרים, היו ג׳וקים בחדר שלנו וגם אחרי שהתלוננו לא באו לנקות לנו. לא היה מקומות במסעדות ואף אחד לא רצה לעזור לנו האוכל לא היה טעים בכלל ולפני שנה שהייתי היה אחרת שינו את הכל, לא קיבלנו שירות טוב מהקבלה כל דבר שרצינו או שביקשנו פשוט לא התייחסו אלינו. פשוט מתחת לכל ביקורת ולא שווה את הכסף שמשלמים שם
