"מלון מפנק אבל שירותיות גרועה והרבה בעיות"

מאוד מפנק חדרים מעולים קרוב לשדה ובסך הכל מלון מעולה חוץ מכמה דברים קטנים שהפכו את השהות לפחות טובה

הזמנו 3 סוויטות. ביקשנו שיהיו קרובות. כשהגענו אמרו לנו שכל חדר בקצה נפרד של המלון (מרחק של 10 דקות הליכה) בנוסף לזה אחד החדרים לא היה סוג החדר שהזמנו. באחד החדרים( המרוחק ביותר) היה ריח של ביוב שיצא מהמזגן ברמה שכל החדר היה מסריח בצורה לא הגיוניות והריח אפילו עבר למסדרונות והפריע לשאר האורחים. לאחר הרבה הרבה בקשות לטיפול או למעבר חדר, הפתרון שהם הציעו היה ניקיון של שירות החדרים בכוונה שיפתור את הבעיה( כמובן שלא נפתרה) 2 ילדים נאלצו לישון שני לילות בחדר עם הריח של הביוב ולנשום את הזוהמה הזו. לאחר יומיים של דיבורים ושיחות שלא נגמרות עם הצוות בקבלה הסכימו להעביר חדר לחדר אחר. חוץ מזה המלון אפשר לנו בהתאם לכמות הלילות לאכול בשתי מסעדות נוספות à la carte, כמובן שלא היה מקום לאף אחד מהמסעדות ורק לאחר שיחות רבות שמרו לנו מקום ספציפי למסעדה אחת בשעות פחות נוחות. כאשר הגענו למסעדה אמרו לנו שנפלה טעות ואין מקום/ שלא רשמו את ההזמנה שלנו. וחיכינו מעל שעה בעמידה עד שמנהלת שירות הלקוחות הגיעה ומצאה לנו מקום בפינה של המסעדה. לאחר מכן גם גילינו שרוב המנות אינן כלולות במחיר ונאלצנו להוסיף 35 יורו לכל מנה שלא כלולה.(חתיכת בשר). לסיכום מלון טוב וזו כבר פעם שנייה שלנו פה אבל לא נחזור יותר לאחר האירועים בפעם הזו.

Можешь оставить такой отзыв: Мы уже второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле, и снова остались в полном восторге! Всё было просто идеально — от сервиса до атмосферы. Здесь действительно продумано всё до мелочей. Очень понравились море, пляж, вкусная и разнообразная еда, качественный алкоголь, красивые виды и уютные бары. Для детей есть отдельный стол с едой, что очень удобно для семейного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить работу персонала. Все сотрудники невероятно доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Рум-сервис работал отлично: уборка всегда проводилась вовремя, регулярно пополнялись напитки, менялись полотенца и добавлялись тапочки. Всё было на самом высоком уровне. Особую благодарность хотим выразить девушкам на ресепшене — Ставрине и Анастасии. Благодаря им наш отдых стал ещё лучше! Они сделали нам апгрейд номера, и это действительно улучшило наш отпуск в десять раз. Любая наша просьба выполнялась быстро и с улыбкой. Спасибо вам огромное за заботу, внимание и профессионализм! Этот отель заслуживает твёрдую оценку 5+! Обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать его всем своим друзьям и близким.

Eveything was great, just we were dealing with cleaning issue, was many aunts in our room, which we complain few times until they really took care of it , but overall a really nice and located in a nice hotel, only the clearning was a bit diappointed But really enjoy our stay
