Rooms were nice

So many children/ no adult area- service was slow, reception didn't answer calls and messed up our rooms , à la carte was very good but would reccomend Ella elissa

מלון מהמם! הכל מעוצב בסטייל ונקי מאוד, גם השטחים הציבוריים וגם החדר. כל נותני השירות מאוד מאוד נחמדים ושירותיים, כל הזמן בודקים אם צריך משהו. אוכל טעים בשפע ומגוון. יש אוכל סביב השעון, גם במסעדה הראשית וגם בבריכה, המסעדות טובות וכיף לשבת שם לשנות קצת אווירה. הבריכות נקיות בטמפרטורה נעימה וחוף הים משגע. מיקום טוב 10 דקות נסיעה במונית מהעיר. החופשה הכי טובה שהיתה לנו, בהחלט נחזור לשם שוב

המלון מהמם ביופיו כמו בתמונות . לקחנו הכל כלול אז קוקטיילים ואוכל חופשי. הצוות שם מתחזקים את המלון ברמה הכי גבוהה. שקט מאוד ונקי. שירות אדיב החל מהקבלה, רום סרוויס, בבר בבריכה ובחדרים, נענו לכל בקשה שלנו ודאגו לנו לחופשה המושלמת! תודה רבה לכם!

אל תבנו על קולינריה .האוכל שם לא טעים .ותזמינו מקום למסעדות מראש האסייאתית הייתה הכי טובה בעיניי. חוץ מזה באמת מלון מושלם!

It was an excellent hotel, the food was pretty good in the main restaurant! Ultimately, appreciated the 6pm closing time of the pools as they were scrubbing it each night so the next day it is immaculate! It also keeps a calm vibe at night. 9/10 overall for us as everything else was great!

I do wish that their specialty restaurants were a bit easier to book--they filled up too quickly for us to book one during out stay. In the room we weren't able to set the thermostat less than 22 degrees C; for us that is a bit warm. During the night, the air would randomly reset to a higher temperature or turn off entirely. The pools are only open from 10am - 6pm. At first, we were a little upset with that as we have two young children so entertaining them past 6pm was a bit tough (especially since the "Ella Play" room was under construction).

The food wasn’t great at all, a lot of choice but most of them did not taste great. Over all a nice staff and nice facilities really big and spacious 2 pools besides the one by the room which was really nice to have the beach was nice especially the adult only part the breakfast was nice as well the room was nice and clean

The ac was locked on 22C even tough it was way hotter then that, after talking to the receptionist he said it was a Greek law that hotels have to be that way which was false after checking with management and it was hotel policy that was not mentioned anywhere in the booking if so we would not book it. They did offer a fan to the room but after paying 1300 euros for 3 nights I want to and need to sleep with normal AC! That ruined a lot of my experience which was our honeymoon. They couldn’t find us a reservation to dinner at the restaurant that they offered. The drinks were super diluted I drank 8 beers and didn’t even felt buzzed over all the room was pretty nice and clean the shower head was broken and fixed after we complained that it wet the whole shower floor. After complaining about all the above and manger still was stubborn about his opinion and did not even apologized about nothing he just answered like a robot to conclude I would not recommend could be better.
