Very clean and new.

The shower can be designed a bit better, eg hooks for towel and a shelve for shampoo/ shower gel etc

Clean, new facilities. Big rooms and nice pool

Surroundings full of rubbish and smell. It’s not the hotels property but not nice to see if you go outside the hotel Stuff needs to be a bit more organized. I assume they are still learning as they opened recently

Alex was amazing, probably the most helpful hotel staff member I have ever experienced. He went beyond to help us in difficult situation with weather, ferry problems, lost items, and anything we requested. Rooms were huge, and high standard. Great pool and bar for drinks

Breakfast not good. Quite far from town and no free shuttle. 3rd bedroom had no privacy

The hotel is brand new, opened 4 months ago and it's beautiful. You will notice that immediately the moment you are shown to your room. The lady at the front desk was brilliant and super helpful. She gave us lots of useful tips on places to visit and amazing restaurants to try. I really like the interior of the room. Lots of space, stunning balcony facing the old town and Temple of Apollo. The swimming pool looks really inviting thoug we did not have the time to try it.

Given that it is brand new, I would like to note couple of things which I hope they could improve on: 1) Breakfast - please do not serve stone cold fried egg/omelette/sausage/bacon. At least keep it warm by putting candles below the metal serving trays. Please have the juice readily available in the buffet table, not that we have to ask for it. Unfortunately coffee machine was also not working at that time, and it was a big no-no for us to start the day. Some varieties to daily breakfast would also be good. 2)Perhaps they could improve a bit the road leading to thhe hotel. There are some rusty metal fences on the side of thhe roads and what seemed to be leftover of the construction area (i hope it's just because they just finished building it and there are already plans of cleaning up the surrounding area).

The apartments were beautiful, breakfast was superb and the pool was perfect. A 15 minute walk to town down some busy roads was the only down side. The bus service around the island was a great idea

It was very close to downtown and the accommodations was very comfortable

The road to the accommodations could use some improvement

Stunning property with fabulous amenities. Slightly out of Naxos town which meant we had plenty of space and a gorgeous view.

Clean, spacious well appointed property. Staff were excellent, always helpful and courteous. The property is approx 10 minute walk from main restaurants . Highly recommend El Mar .
