We had a lovely stay at this hotel overall. From the moment we booked, the communication was fantastic—every message was answered quickly and helpfully, which immediately gave us confidence in our choice. When we arrived, I was blown away by our villa. Having our own private pool felt like such a luxury, and it was honestly one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a really convenient water machine with both hot and cold water. It made the stay feel very comfortable and well thought out. The staff were all incredibly sweet and friendly. They were always smiling, approachable, and clearly eager to help, which really added to the experience.

That said, there are a few areas where the service could be improved. We ate in the restaurant several times, and although it was never busy—in fact, on a couple of occasions we were the only guests—the service was quite slow. We had to go looking for staff to order additional drinks, and on one occasion waited quite a while only to be told the item was no longer available. We also booked massages for myself and my son and daughter. We were scheduled for the same time in the same room, but when we arrived, one of the masseuses hadn’t turned up. After waiting, they began mine and my son’s treatments while my daughter was left waiting. When the third masseuse eventually arrived, it caused some disruption, and unfortunately the therapists were talking amongst themselves during the session, which made it less relaxing than we had hoped. I had also booked a silver jewellery class through reception, which was advertised at 450k. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking, although to their credit, they still managed to fit us in despite being busy. The class itself was a really lovely experience for me and my daughter to share. However, when it came time to pay, we were charged 600k each. When I mentioned the advertised price, I was told it had increased months earlier, which was disappointing as this hadn’t been communicated at the time of booking. We also used the laundry service, which is a great facility to have available. Unfortunately, some of our clothes appeared to have been washed at a very high temperature and a few items shrank as a result. On one afternoon, we also found that there was no water in our villa. My husband went to reception and was told it had been turned off for plumbing works, but we hadn’t been given any prior notice, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has all the facilities to make it a truly fantastic place to stay, and the staff are genuinely warm and kind.

Прекрасный отель, каждый номер как отдельная мини-вилла. Вкусные завтраки, большой общий бассейн, прекрасное местоположение. В номере Делюкс был шикарный тропический душ под открытым небом - это кайф 🥰 Огромная кровать, балийский стиль во всем. Благодарю за незабываемые моменты!
