Gili Air Lagoon Resort By Waringin Hospitality

La piscine au pied du lagon, cadre paradisiaque… Le personnel très gentil et accueillant, surtout avec les enfants. Salle de bain à ciel ouvert originale et très sympa pour les vacances. Hôtel très bien placé, le port est à 5 min à pied et les nombreux restaurants et magasins également.

Juste une mention pour le pdj, à ce prix là il faut proposer plusieurs choix ou au pire rajouter des toast avec beurre et confiture en + des fruits pour 4. Sinon ils sont très gentils…

Chambre très propre au bord de la piscine. Service impeccable. Bon on s est peut être trop baigné dans la piscine car on est tous tombé mal le jour d après :(

La qualité de l eau de la piscine

Do you have a passion for worms and other bugs? Do you like to have them in your bed and bathe room! If yes, this hotel is the place for you! We booked it last minute, as it was the last one available, knowing it wouldn’t be great. But we didn’t expect it to be so bad. The bungalow had an interior garden in the bathroom which was a nest for worms. There were literally dozens, crawling everywhere including in the shower. When we woke up in the morning, there were some in our bed! The bungalow also has openings to the outside which means bigger bugs could come and go, including a huge one (see the picture below). The staff reacted very well and apologetically offered us free lunch. To be fair, we weren’t mad at the staff - they were polite, friendly and they can’t do anything. But the owner/management is at fault here - the issue should just be fixed by replacing this silly garden with rocks or something, and proofing the bungalows. The hotel has a lot of potential, with a beautiful pool. But the fact that we paid so much for this is a total joke. Avoid this place like the plague! There are much nicer, and cheaper places in Gili Air

Really friendly staff, many thanks to Aris who helped us out on getting us a last minute airport tax. Service is impeccable, rooms very clean. Very quiet and a hidden gem. Most definitely we'll be back again for sure and probably for a little longer this time around as well. Aris even helped out when my bike got stolen and managed to retrieve the bike.

Nothing it was excellent

The huts are clean and cute. The pool is awesome outside the huts with another infinity pool out the front. Nice quiet location, close to the main streets.

Amazing pool from the front door. The communal pool was also great. Food from hotel was nice and staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms are a good size for 2 people.

There were a few creatures in the bathrooms at times - although kind of expected in such a tropical place.
