Great location on Gili Air, right on the southern end just around the corner from turtles. Super close to all restaurants, plus you can literally walk the whole island in about 1-2 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff, they were quick to accomodate anything you needed and were able to give you a good idea of what to pay. Staff were also able to help book any day trips or activities which made it really easy. Bungalow rooms were neat and tidy. We had an issue with our TV and A/C, and when I told the staff, they swapped it out immediately for us! Lagoon pool was so relaxing. The onsite massage was so good, one of the best massages I have had in Indonesia. The resort - while starting to age a little was exactly what I expected to see and was an amazing resort for a small island.

The only thing I could fault with this place that was really minor was the breakfast service was a little hit and miss. Could do with a bit more consistency with the time it took staff to prepare and what comes out.

Room was nice - comfortable and well equipped. Bed and linen of a good standard. Location - near to port to be convenient but not noisy or intrusive Staff very helpful and keen to help Lagoon pool was interesting and whilst we were there, empty of people

There is a problem with this resort. It is hard to see where there has been any maintenance in several years. The approach is shabby and poorly lit, the deck is extremely dated and there is nothing to encourage paying trade. The outdoor lighting to the rooms needs to be updated as well as most of the common parts of the resort. The bathrooms are dreadful. There have been plants in what was clearly partly an outside bathroom (common in these parts) but there were a couple of struggling weeds and the rest of this garden(?) is just a muddy swamp. Everything is old and in need of replacement for example, the toilet seat is covered in scratches - no doubt from vigorous cleaning but it looks appalling. It seems like poor management is to blame for this state of affairs. The in house staff are doing their best but it is a losing battle. Such a shame.

The pool and the room style

The breakfast. Coffee was gritty and it took a long time for breakfast though we were the only ones there. I think it came from somewhere on other side of the island as it was cold

Access to the pool was great. Wonderful to walk out of the room straight into cooling water. Good aircon and shower. Location close to main street and shops/restaurants.

Could have had a proper coffee machine - only had Indonesian coffee for breakfast.
