Gili Air Lagoon Resort By Waringin Hospitality

The location was fantastic, staff lovely, and the front pool looking out at the ocean was gorgeous

The lagoon swim out pool around the actual rooms was very dirty, with chicken feathers etc, floating in water, and dirty water line around the pool. We did not use this pool and that was the whole reason we booked this accommodation (which was more expensive than any of our other accom booked at other places moving around). Disappointing

The pools were lovely. The resort was an easy walk to the port and the high street and many restaurants and snorkling areas.

The gardens were a bit overgrown and we had a few issues with the aircons leaking but they did sort it out. It was a shame the pool bar at the main pool was closed but the other bar at the restaurant and 2nd pool was open. There was a lot of construction happening right outside the hotel where they were repairing damage to the sea wall but that was not the fault of the resort. There was no beach directly infront of the hotel

Pool was very warm. You could hear EVERYTHING in the chalet next door which was strange as there was lots of room in between The bikes were pretty run down and rickety.

Pool at the front door of our villa was amazing.

Could have done with a top sheet on the bed as well as the doona as the doona was too hot.

If it’s possible to fall in love with a resort, I am. Only 20 bungalows gives it an intimate feel. The donut-shaped pool lapping at your deck-step is fabulous, and provides opportunities to interact with other guests, as you swim your circuits. The second pool out front provides other fun possibilities. Staff were fantastic, Aris and Dewi particularly helpful, and were able to make transport booking for us.

Absolutely nothing.

We loved the staff, location and private villas. We have travelled all three of the Gili Islands and Gili Air and the Gili Air Lagoon is our favorite . We loved it so much we stayed an extra week. Aris and the team were the best and made everything so comfortable.

The weather was great. Walking distance to the port.

The staff were very scarce and young. The rooms were way too hot. The pool was difficult to get in and out of. The pool could do with a good clean and at night the lighting was poor. The TV didn't work and the WiFi was terrible. Room service was non existent. If you didn't have WhatsApp you had to walk to reception for everything you needed. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying as it wasn't value for the money.

Rooms were large and clean. Bed and Pillows were comfy. Access to lagoon pool was nice. Wifi was good

Staff weren't very engaging and lacking in service skills. The front entrance was poorly maintained and the pool bar area had no real connection to the rest of the "resort" Has potential but needs a lot fixing in many aspects. TV was just for decoration - no signal, no ability to stream. Definitely a bit overpriced for what's on offer.

Staff asked for more money due to booking price was set, and they said the webpage was scammed. They tried to charge us, and had to call as well cancel booking, then they in the end fixed the problem, but it was not solved professional!
