Bazén, psy, dobrá snídaně, klid, manikura

Okolí hotelu je znečistěné. U hotelu není pláž ale rybářský přístav, na opalování a koupání je to nevhodné. Panoramatický pohled je velice diskutabilní. Večerní “zábava - karaoke” byla z našeho pohledu velice divná. Služby na hotelu skoro žádné. Cena za ubytování v této kvalitě je nepřiměřená.

There was nothing to like except getting out of Panorama Cottages

The rooms are old and run down with similar furniture. A deluxe room is more D minus. No hot water on arrival. No water at all the first morning and power out. Mosque directly adjacent to my room which has 10 large speakers blaring the call to prayer at 4.30am, 12noon and 5pm each day which got the 4 hotel dogs howling. One night was enough for me and I moved to a much more superior accommodation for the same price. The owner Max refused to refund the following 8 nights that I had paid for. Fellow travellers beware!

Panorama feels like a second home, like we are staying with old friends. Noy, Max and all the staff are so warm and welcoming, and the pet dogs are friendly and cute. This is our second visit to Panorama, we love the Karaoke in the evenings and the food, in particular Max’s Italian menu. The snorkelling/boat trip with Noy is 10/10, some of the best coral we have seen in Lombok, Gili and Bali. The rooms are rustic and simple but very comfortable. We were all sad to leave. And will definitely visit again.

The breakfast was delicious all the staff were friendly and personal. It was so welcoming and you really felt like a local.

Staff is very helpful and friendly

Facilities is underrated (exp. pools is dirty) With the same range of price we could rent in 4/5 stars hotels near mandalika beach.
