Good location - in a walking distance from the main town Just next to the water

Not enough global warning - the sea level too low at all times to enjoy the water at the beach ALSO: Someone was trying to enter my room a few times. One time I was inside and the door was unlocked. Someone opened the door but noticed Im inside and left without saying anything. I havent seen the face, so I dont know if it was an employee or a tourist. After that I locked the door from inside. During the night someone tampered with the padlock on the outside of the door. Someone used a key to lock the padlock, but in a way that I still could open the door. I have no idea why would anyone tamper with it. It all made me feel that it was an unsafe place. :(

I liked the beach resort. It was a wonderful experience with only few people in the island

Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Bucket is not there

The hotel has different type of rooms. We booked standard room but got it upgraded to Deluxe Room. Good things: Location is center to laxmanpur, Bharatpur, Sitapur beaches and jetty. The facility is great. Separate lunch area. Cook was great ...all that we ordered were tasty. Not so good: Don't book standard rooms as it is small and smells bad. Deluxe rooms are good but their shower was not working, TV was not working and they offered a battery bike for rent for a day which was worst. The electric bike does not go beyond 25 speed and goes out of charge after a 20 km ride.

Had a good stay.. leisurely environment by the beach.. staff was decent too

Food timings are very tricky due to the diff timings of the boats..

The location of the property is excellent with a beautiful beach. The Staff are helpful and rooms are nice and clean.

The breakfast was a big let down, could be due to less guests during our stay. Rooms should have better amenities at this prices. For example, the milk powder was stale, we ordered a replacement which was also expired.

Room, found cockroach all along the room and high price for the room

The property was beautiful. It is a proper coconut grove and has got a private beach, although not fit for swimming. But the crystal clear water dotted with mangroves and corals will just take your breath away. If relaxation is in your mind, this resort is highly recommended. There is ample sitting arrangement on the beach and just sitting there and watching the the ocean, can be utterly rejuventating. The restaurant is spacious, flaunts a rustic decor and offers sea view. Food was excellent -- not only tasty but also sufficient qualitity. Price was reasonable. The restaurant stuff were amiable and helpful. They have mocktails in their menu and you can request them to serve it right on the beach. Breakfast menu was not long but all items were tasty. Overall, the stay was quite satisfactory and recommended.

I have booked sea view delux room but on arrival I was given a room which did not meet the description. However, they instantly made the correction and given me a sea view room. The room had a nice decor too. However, I did not like the following about the room: Room size is on the smaller side Bathroom is also very small Bathroom did not have a bucket (but I should mention that on request they provided us with one soon) For extra bed, they provided a floor mattress instead of folding beds that all ther hotels provide these days. Also, their checkout time was at 8 am, which we found a bit inconvenient.

The staff they were nice and cooperative and the rooms were clean and good
