Coconhuts Beach Resort

The location was good especially the beach near to hotel..

the service provided was not good.. TV was not working.. bathroom was not upto mark.. the breakfast quality was not good ZZ

The resort exceeded my expctations. It has one of the best private beaches where you can go inside during high tide and look at the mmangrove trees. They have laid easy chairs facing the beach with swings hooked into trees. The cool sea breeze is very enjoyable during the early mornings and evenings. The property is well maintained and the staff is ever helping and warm.

The restaurant should have more options for Bengali dishes(the one that they served in the name of Bengali fish curry wasn't the right one)

Our balcony room was a good size and quite comfortable

The resort is in an ok location and the rooms are quite good, but there’s something seriously lacking in management. On arrival there was only one set of towels in the room - one of which was stained. No toilet paper, toilet seat coming off. Rooms not automatically serviced - we discovered you had to ask for this. The restaurant’s (short) menu had several items unavailable. Generally the internet on Neil Island is weak, but here (only available in Reception) it was particularly poor.

Room size and amenities. Wifi was pathetic and bathrooms were a size of a closet

The location is the best spot in entire Neil. It is very close to nature and refreshing. After checkout we were allowed to use 1/3 room till our cruise arrived.

There were glass bottle pieces in the private beach that needs cleaning.
