Eterno Camellia & Elettaria Resort with Pool

Even if it means one has to camp out in the forest, it would be better than staying at this resort. While the location and the staff were the only positive things going, the rest of it is utter negligence and mismanagement. The breakfast was something we never looked forward to as the food was served with no care and looked unappetizing. The seating area was shabby and cramped with frayed table linen and no sign of decent cutlery even.

The rooms we stayed in were just okay and had a great valley view, but nothing to take home. There is so much potential for improvement that it is hard to list where to start. Poorly manicured gardens and plants is one area to look into. Felt like it was a total rip-off. Would never recommend this resort to anyone unless these really pull up their socks or they’ll have to close shop.

Every meal felt like a celebration of flavors, with dishes so incredible that we found ourselves looking forward to every dining experience. The variety and quality were unmatched, and the team truly outdid themselves in ensuring we were amazed every single day. The property itself is a haven of tranquility, surrounded by breathtaking views of Munnar’s natural beauty. The wooden cabins provided the perfect mix of luxury and privacy, making it an ideal retreat. Waking up to the misty mornings and falling asleep to the serene sounds of nature was an experience we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a stay that combines heartwarming service, incredible food, and stunning surroundings, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

The food service could be a little quicker but besides that, no complaints.

Good ambience and surroundings

Approach road to the hotel. It’s very much in the interior part of the city. Very small restaurant seating capacity as compared to the hotel rooms. Not recommended for any senior citizen especially with some one who has difficulty in walking.
