Diwa Club by Alila - A Hyatt Brand

Alila Diva is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. Complete peace, relaxation, silence and only the sounds of nature, wonderful food, attentive, polite, guessing your desires staff - all this is Alila. We lived in the Diva building and it has its own restaurant, where breakfast is served from 7-00 am to 7-00 pm. At 16-00 you will be waiting for Indian appetizers, and at 18-00 cocktails. Every minute here is a pleasure. I love this place. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Alila Diva is amazing! Alila Diva is perfect!

An amazing oasis of several buildings, pools, restaurants, fountains, palms and tropical gardens. Excellent for familes. Stunning views from the pool to the rice fields, postcard settings after the sunset. The restaurants cook excellent quality dishes - a la carte and this was almost a Michelin level. Spacious room with huge bathroom. All the people extremly kind. Amazing value for money. We were happy we went to Goa to this place.

The beach is not just next to the hotel, but few hundred meters away. The little shutlle bus will get you there in a minute anytime. However, the services on the beach are weak (not related to the hotel), so we more or less returned to the luxury of the hotel to eat or relax.

1. Superb level of service by the staff. The most personal service I have experienced in any hotel in Goa. Service at another level altogether. 2. The concept of anytime Breakfast 7am-7pm! This is the real differentiator.

1. The fact that the Beach is not attached to the property. But that is nothing the Hotel can do something about. That is a geographical constraint. They do however provide free Beach drop service between 7am-7pm. This should stretch longer into the evening to cover dinner at the beach time for guests, so that guests can get drop off to the hotel till much later at night. 2. Mosquitos in the Bistro restaurant. They should have some sort of netting which should be used in the evenings to keep the mosquitoes out at dinner time.

Staff were accommodating, especially at the Bistro. Saurav and his team were great. Food at the Vivo was good.

Rooms are dated and need a good re-decoration and update! Room are not clean as they should be for a 5 star hotel. Staff need to me more engaging - there should be a warm smiling welcome every time a member of staff sees or passes by a hotel guest. Food at the Edge is poor!

The property was nice, clean and beautiful. Rooms were good, comfortable and spacious. The diwa club slightly away from the main alila hotel. It was good as well as bad. The food was amazing. The kids play area was nice.The infinity pool was nice relaxing experience.

The property wasn’t lighted adequately, as if they were saving electricity. The main focus was on the alila, rather than diwa. Because it had more occupancy than Diwa. The prices of Diwa were higher though. The hotel is away from the beach, which is not properly explained while booking for the hotel. As the location shows near the beach.
