The Spectrum Resort - Chikmagalur

The ambience, food and the exceptional service provided by the spectrum staff by going extra mile to attend to our requests make the stay in spectrum a worthwhile.. definitely would love to visit again

Location is 10 KM from the main town (However staying in the beautiful coffee estates compensates for that)

Staff at the property is excellent, always smiling and ready to cater to any of our requirements for stay and food. We had gone for jungle safari early in morning and could not return back to resort in time for breakfast. But upon our request, Front Office (Mr. Adarsh) and F&B manager (Mr. Deepak) made sure that all the breakfast items were nicely packed and kept for us to have when we returned back much after the breakfast timings (and super hungry!) Really appreciate this. Overall entire staff - Mr. Tejas, Mr. Shashank and the whole team were exceptionally nice to make our stay a very pleasant one.

Dinner items could have been little better in terms of choice and taste, if they can serve normal phulka rotis in night. As dinner is not part of the package, we do understand that it may be difficult to provide a bigger spread, as not many guests eat dinner at resort. Perfectly understandable, but just a suggestion

Hands down the best staff ever. We went to celebrate my father in law's 75th birthday and while the resort isn't luxurious, what made our stay great were all the staff that we interacted with. Big shout out to Shashank and Adarsh at the reception, Divya, Kavya, Ajit, Vijay & Shashank in the cafe who served breakfast, lunch and dinner with a smile always. The guys who set up the bonfire and birthday decor. There's high tea served from 5 - 6:30pm, fyi. We ended up spending 3 days in the resort itself, it was relaxing and fun.

Our experience at the resort was truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil atmosphere where we enjoyed a variety of activities, including a delightful bonfire and thrilling rope adventure challenges. The resort itself is impeccably maintained, and while the swimming pool is pristine, it's worth noting that it's not temperature controlled. For anyone seeking a serene getaway in Chikamagaluru, this resort comes highly recommended. The standout feature was the incredibly polite and attentive staff who were always ready to assist whenever we needed them.

There was a minor inconvenience during the room allocation process, with some communication issues from the reception. We had initially booked four rooms of different categories, but our family members ended up with rooms that didn't match our reservations. Despite this hiccup, the staff's commitment to customer satisfaction shone through, as they promptly addressed the situation by generously offering room upgrades. Although we ultimately declined the upgrade, they went the extra mile by extending a kind gesture: a complimentary dinner for our group of four adults. This level of customer service truly impressed us.
