The Spectrum Resort - Chikmagalur

Staff is excellent. They are sincere and enerst. They do the best to ensure comfort. Rooms are spacious. It is a good property.

Helpful pleasant staff and lovely property. Food was good and they accommodated children’s requirements.

The tiles in the restaurant are slippery. Especially given how much it rains, might be better to have anti slip surface

Beautiful location, great breakfast, polite and friendly staff. The place is well maintained. The bathroom was really clean, hot water is always available. Good housekeeping services Tea time snacks were good too.

Lack of AC rooms, we went in May and afternoons were tough without AC. However it was clearly mentioned that there are no AC rooms. Dinner has only buffet option plus dishes could be better.

Everything about The Spectrum Resort was fantastic. Location was fantastic. Food was the highlight. I have to mention that the staff was excellent. They were very helpful in every way. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Room was very clean . Mr. Arun in particular was very friendly. Overall experience was top notch . I suggest this place to all my friends and family. I will surely visit again.

The resort is well maintained. It's in a good accessible location. Food is excellent. The staff are very welcoming. The price is perfect for the facility

The roof leaks very little during heavy rains. Resort may fix that issue. Additional paid activities may be provided

food was really really good and worth for money. very good and friendly staff. i would rate 10 of 10 for food. it's in fact more than expected.

room is too old, broken tiles, tight door which was hard to open and close, lizards every where, very dull light which was enough to see the things, poor maintainance.
