"Wrong description: Living room to be shared with other guests"

The location and the amenities were good

We were promised and charged for a bedroom and living room and kitchen. But when we arrived, we saw that we had to share the living room and kitchen with another guest. As it was the 31st Dec, the responsible staff were missing and even later nothing changed. Besides, the two beds and mattresses were combined and so not suitable for couples.

Loved the rooms. Reminded us of the old kerala homes..good and spacious.

Terrible food as per kerala standards..going out and eating would have cost half and had better food. Rooms could have been cleaner

They billing including the GST amount. If you ask for a GST bill, they won't give it to you. Aalso say they will send it to you.
