The Property is clutter-wise beautiful

Very poor infrastructure ! Noisy and uncomfortable beds , rotten and non-functional electrical sockets , the number to call and place order for in-room dining i.e. 508 is mostly non operational , and a property supported cartel of Cab Union placed just outside the main gate who doesn’t allow you to hire Cabs from outside . For going anywhere , the guests have to “ ONLY BOOK “ cabs through reception, which are at exorbitantly priced ( more than three times of normal fare )

Location with a five minute walk to the beach

When I checked in the bedsheets had not been changed. They were dirty. Also poor communication between staff. Kept harassing me to pay an advance (half the amount) that had already been paid. Ruined my vacation and caused me tension. The main office and the local staff do not seem to talk to each other. Hence they kept sending me texts asking me to pay. I was there with my family.
