The location was excellent near to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the staff was courteous

Music around the swimming pool for whole day created nusciance. The breakfast and dinner could have been better with a wide variety

The welcome from the reception staff particularly one Mr Karthik was exceptionally hospitable and always attending to what required attention. Welcome drink served. Waiter Steven was very kind and obliging and approachable. Hard worker. Bed was extra comfortable. Enough tea and coffee provided. Pool was clean. All issues with room was attended to immediately when informed to karthik. Staff assisted with umbrellas when needed. Gate guard was very pleasant. The cleaning supervisor was very obliging and friendly and ensured the shortcomings were addressed immediately. The beach is a 10min walk. Southside restaurant is to the left with a great beach deck. Too many stray dogs surrounding the property to the beach and becomes a nuisance to guests. Overall we had a good stay despite the rains

Besides OTA taxes and charges we had to pay hotel taxes at the property. The room floor and bathroom floor was messy with fresh mud foot prints. Only hot water in sink. No hot water to shower. Water was cold. Breakfast only eggs as non veg . Live station available on request only but its not mentioned anywhere and its inside kitchen so guests just had boiled eggs every morning. Steven was kind enough to inform us. All guests should be made aware of live station and one other non veg should be provided since the rates are quite steep. We were very disappointed to find out on arrival that no activities advertised on the listings were available especially that outdoor activities were restricted due to rains. The table tennis soccer machine gym and spa were not available due to renovations. So we had to just sit in our rooms. Only one bedside table provided and it's inconvenient for 2nd guest. I used a chair for my Mobile glasses and water. Shampoo and conditioner containers and hand-wash were all empty. Electricity tripped throughout the night with loud noise. Too many disturbances at night including the laundry trolley being pushed all night with loud noise from the wheels which was extremely disturbing to the guests. As per OTA the room mentioned balcony terrace and living room but we were offered just a bedroom. We booked superior room with balcony. On check out the two female staff were very distracted with many things and didn't focus on sorting out our bill efficiently. They just handed us bills that didn't belong to us. We were the only ones at that time checking out but they were running around last minute looking for our bills delaying us so we just paid what was on the system and left. What I personally realised is that local guests are treated differently to foreign guests. Me being non Indian was given more attention and everything was sorted out promptly.

I don't think it is 4 star...hotel. I would say 2.5 star. Breakfast area wasn't cleaned up as customers finished eating etc..

I haven't received an invoice from them and no one is answering the call as well. Pathetic aftersale service.

Wonderful location and very comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Often very noisy with weddings and parties held outdoors with very loud music till late at night
