Staff were friendly and attentive to all of the guests needs. Pools are good and the rooms are clean & comfortable. Best thing about the hotel is the staff.

Food is expensive, a small can of beer is 160 baht - why charge like this, it puts people off sitting at the pool. Breakfast isn't great, food isn't of a high standard for a hotel that classes itself as a 5 star accommodation.
