Brilliant Hospitality. All the Staff very professional, courteous and punctual where it be food orders or any help which was needed. We travelled with 5 senior citizens and I should say, we were very well taken care of and everything was fantastic.

Location wise the property was in fab place . Staffs were friendly . Thats the only thing i liked about this property

• No dustbin was provided in the room, even after repeatedly requesting one. • The towels were dirty and very worn out. • There was no daily cleaning service during our stay. • There was no proper shower — only tap water — and toilet paper was not provided. • Daily waste was not collected, so we had to keep it in the balcony, and monkeys eventually picked it up — which was very unhygienic. • The room we were given did not match the photos shown online and seemed like the least preferred room. • The room was very cold as outside air entered inside, making it uncomfortable — especially with our 2-year-old. • The food was not worth the money, and fresh fruits were not even provided for breakfast. • For the amount we paid (around 60,000 INR for 4 days), the experience was far below expectations.

Hygiene, not worth for the money spent

Staff were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Their hospitality was excellent throughout the stay. Their wood fire pizzas are a must try. Location is close to Lamb's rock view point, and only around 15 mins by car from Dolphin's nose point.

We stayed in the Valley view room, which got very cold during the evenings/nights. We requested a heater but were told they only had the old coil-based heaters and that it would be a fire hazard since it was a wooden cabin. Instead they supplied a couple of hot water bags which helped to some extent but it was a long way off from making us comfortable. Hope they are able to find a better solution for this. And clearly a point guests should watch out for when they are booking rooms during the colder months here.

Very cozy place to relax with family. Especially liked the experience of making your own pizza in stone oven.
