The property is beautiful with some gorgeous views of the sky and the tea estate…location is easy to navigate, key scenic view points are nearby. The staff is polite and very helpful, Mr Charles who owns the property personally supervises the operations of the property.

The food options could have been better

Resort is at an excellent location next to the Tea Estate and very close to View point Lamb's Rock. We loved view from our Valley view room

I think food preparation need more improvement and if you compare price with quantity its very less. Also team need to work together to see how they can get good, cooked food. As there is no other option for foods outside.

Its calmness and very within. It's very near to Lamb rock view point so you can save lot of time.

This was the most expensive place we've stayed at during our time in the gorgeous Ngiri hills. It was not the nicest. Our room was crooked and did not have a shower (they do have fancier rooms, we don't know how they are). For Valentine's they had a special pizzamenu. It were the exact same pizza's as they normally serve, but for twice the price.

We could not stay at this resort as they cancelled our reservation. We were out on sightseeing where we had limited excess to our phone and network issues so we could not see any of their messages. When we returned back to our hotel we had the message that our reservation was cancelled and they had no more rooms By booking through you we presumed that our stay would be confirmed, especially when I also gave my credit card number
