It was low season so the place was very quiet. Perfect to unwind and recharge! The suite we booked was spacious and well furbished.

As it is a tropical place, it is very humid all the time and so the room has that musty smell. Wifi was a bit slow but the technician rectifies that with a router in our room and fixed that problem.

The pool was lovely despite the one lacking tiles. The hotel should be aware that the umbrella structures are rusting and a few pieces or rusted wire are falling into the pool.

The breakfast is below a erage for the Rating of the hotel. Understandably the spread was small as there weren't many guests however what was on offer was subpar. The restaurant is rather pricey and instead of communicating that some ingredients were not ava6i received a Caesar salad with passion fruit dressing instead of the traditional dressing as stipulated on the menu. There were also no anchovies and the chicken tasted as though it had freezer burn. The cocktail which was supposed to have rum and cherry syrup had neither. When calling for room service the person who answered simply put the phone down. The pool bar was also closed despite the handbook saying it was open.
