"Ở ngắn để trải nghiệm thì ok"

Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ. Nhiều hồ bơi. Ăn sáng ngon. Có hỗ trợ tiếp sóng wifi khi mình phàn nàn sóng wifi yếu. Có cứu hộ ở khu vực hồ bơi và biển nên yên tâm hơn. Khuôn viên rộng nên đi lại thoải mái. Welcome drink có nhưng ko ai mời. Khách muốn uống thì phải tự đi lấy.

Check in giao cho loại phòng không đúng như mình đặt. Đặt phòng view biển nhưng sắp xếp vào phòng view vườn. Sau đó phản ảnh mới đổi lại đúng loại phòng mình yêu cầu và phải đứng chờ thật lâu mới có phòng. Check in thì lâu phải chờ đợi. Biển đẹp nhưng đường xuống biển thì một điểm trừ lớn. Trẻ em như con nhà mình lớn rồi mà đi xuống biển còn khó khăn. Mình thấy đường xuống khó đi, bẩn nên thôi ko xuống nữa. Resort nên cải tạo lại lối ra biển để thuận tiện cho khách. Đi biển mà ko được ra biển thì chán lắm.

"Great place to visit, but it lacks communication"

great location, beautiful room, great swimming pools.

The staff couldn't speak or understand English well. It was very difficult to get to communicate with them. For example, food allergies, how we wanted our food cooked.
