Trong phòng có kiến ba khoang và có rắn nữa. Dịch vụ quầy nước ở bãi biển không hoạt động. Không thấy có điểm gì thú vị cả. Cái túi vải đó ai lấy đựng đồ thì đóng thêm 20k. Đáng lẻ ra trả phí 20k thì kg dc in nhãn hiệu của resort trên túi. Resort thu thêm đc 20k nhưng mất đi khách hàng.

Lovely garden and love facility. Staff was friendly. Big rooms, very clean. Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly but not helpfully, I felt they didn’t understand us Coffee was really bad, in the land of coffee and in a hotel not ok when you are a coffee lover. The biggest failure was the massive construction side right next to the hotel, which takes away the sun after 3:30pm at the pool. It was massive and took away the beauty of the „little hotel charm“. The beach was not pleasant either, the restaurant was not serving at the beach and it’s a long way back to get a drink. Also the toilet pipes going straight in the ocean.

Lovely swimming pool, peaceful ambience and excellent staff Our 7 year old loved the archery and basketball. We ate at the restaurant most nights and it has a wonderful variety of food

Le personnel très gentil et attentionné, le petit déjeuner somptueux, les chambres spacieuses et confortables.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on est loin de tout. Si vous avez oublié votre crème solaire ou qu'il vous faut une grande bouteille d'eau vous êtes foutu. Rien à proximité et pas de location de scooter depuis l'hôtel. C'est très bien pour se reposer 1 jour ou deux. Ils construisent un nouvel hôtel juste à côté, ça va générer des nuisances. Comptez 3 heures de Taxi depuis Hô chi minh.

beautiful beach location and lovely grounds . great food choice for breakfast and in restaurant it was just a beautiful places to chill and relax with family and all staff very very good

Clean modern hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff. Nice artificial beach terrace. Reasonable priced drinks. Good buffet breakfast. And great massage im the spa.

Not the hotel's fault, but there is not much to see or do around Ho Tram. The beaches have seen a lot of erosion, and the ones not directly in front of a hotel are full of rubbish and rubble. It would be nice with some sunbeds around the pool- not in the pool itself. The restaurant didn't have quite a few items on the menu. It alsl ran out of white wine by the glass. And the coffe at breakfast was horrible. Undrinkable. Good coffee was available elswhere in the hotel.
