"Penthouse with the views"

Booked the penthouse with amazing views Restaurant had great food. Pool. Activities for the kids - basketball hoop, archery. Staff were very helpful.

Construction next door. Advertised activities for the kids to do in the restaurant but they weren’t available. Buffet breakfast was on only on specific days - ordered from a menu on the other days.

"Üldiselt oli tore ja meeldiv koht, kui eesmärk on puhata mere ääres."

Hommikusöök oli laia valikuga ja igati meeldiv. Hotelli territoorium oli väga kaunis, täis rohelust, palme ja tiike värviliste kaladega. Kogu hotelli territooriumi kattev WIFI oli samuti hea ja päris kiire interneti ühendusega.

Paljude hotelli teenindajate inglise keele oskus oli päris nõrk, tänu millele oli raske nendega suhelda. Mingil määral oli arusaamatu, miks peab igal pool kõlaritest kostma pidevalt muusikat, seda ka õues territooriumil jalutades. Naaberkrundil oleva uue hotelli ehituselt kostis ka kohati müra. Hotelli restorani tase õhtusöögil ei olnud just päris see, mida oleks oodanud. Road olid vähe maitsestatud.

"I enjoyed my 6 nights here and highly recommend this Hotel."

Buffet breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant food. Staff were caring and very friendly. The room ( Junior Suite ) was excellent and very comfortable. The Hotel pool was extremely relaxing. It is a short walk to the beach and on most occasions my partner and I were the only ones there. I recommend taking a translator to ease communication. If you need to travel anywhere around Ho Tram the reception staff will organize a taxi which is very inexpensive. I recommend taking a taxi into Ho Tram town to use an ATM...there is also a good market there.
