We have booked room in this hotel, but the bahavior of staff is not supporting, it's very difficult to find the hotel we have many time call to staff and owner but no one come to pick or help to find way of hotel. Finally got hotel and it's on to much steep hight very difficult to drive to hotel. Finally we leave the hotel as mood is already off for such instances as well room and washroom is very dirty. Please don't go with family or with friends

The only good thing about this place is the location and the view. The room is decently sized if only 2 individuals are staying in it. We were a group of 4 and the space felt quite cramped.

The room was very dirty with dirt behind the bed. Since it was raining when we got there the entire place got really muddy and dirty. No measures were taken to clean the premises or prevent the mud laden shoe steps in the room. Only 3 individuals are responsible for the upkeep and handling of the place. It took ages to get lunch that we ordered. Barely anything on the menu was available. No care was taken ask us what time we would want our tea or breakfast in the morning. Room doesn't have an electric kettle or any other provisions. I was really miffed so decided to cut our booking short and leave the next day instead of staying for 2 days.
