The Allure Grand Resort -A Majestic Riverside Retreat

We booked Allure Grand by looking its view from room and Garden outside as we have kids We got Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our vally view rooms as well as river view Gardens were good and well maintained and mine 5 year old kid spent more time playing over there then in room Moreover both Restaurent server good food with great view. Resort arrange bon fire and live music as well Service is exceptionally good with everyone trying to make our stay memorable .

This hotel is little far from mall road. If would be a great help to tourist if shuttle with some resonable charge can be provided to mall road. Auto and taxi take around 200/300 one side and that too you need to walk till nearby village

Ambience, location,staff, room size everything is excellent.

Only improvement area for them is food. Although they have all kinds of food but its taste should be better

We stayed in a few different rooms during our trip to Manali. We loved the hotel so didn't mind hopping around abit (word of advice book in advance!). Rooms 312 and 314 were the best by far due to the view, I have no doubt all rooms are done to a similar standard its just these two benefit from being dual aspect (312) and have a large window next to the bed (314) looking at the river and the mountains... and my gosh the views are worth writing about. We arrived at night and when we opened the blinds in the morning it was wow wow wow! Both rooms (i think all rooms) also benefited from having a balcony and the sounds of nature particularly in the mornings was very relaxing. The facilities are a much higher standard than you normally get in India, hence the price. The evening buffets are varied, extensive and very enjoyable. Other things that stuck out were the games room, the place was exceptionally clean, it had awesome showers, beautiful comfortable bed linen and great staff (personal favourites were the two younger members of staff who work on reception kudos to you guys sorry we didn't catch your names). I would have given a 10 out of 10 but my last night I stayed in room 111... avoid this one unless you're a heavy sleeper... you are right next to reception and you hear every ping on a phone, conversation, room service call etc.

This is a riverside property, one of the good available properties in Manali, but room rates are high considering the property. 3* rating can be offered, not in the range of 4*. Breakfast and dinner buffet items should be improved, especially for dinner buffet, very limited items against the amount they are charging. Room offered to us specious and clean, services they offered also good👍
