The Property has two child categories 1. 0-5 years 2. 6-12 years Under all meal plans and all rate types the first category (0-5yrs) shall be complimentary. For all Three room categories i.e Valley view rooms (Room ID: 251436601), River front view room (Room ID: 251436602) and Rohtaang Suites (Room ID: 251436604) cost for the extra child (6-12 yrs) shall be the same and cost is defined as below. (6-12 yrs) European plan or EP Plan -INR 1000/- + Taxes (6-12 yrs) Breakfast Basis -INR 1200/- + Taxes (6-12 yrs) Breakfast + Dinner (Modified American Plan or MAP) - INR 1500 /- + Taxes. mandatory Gala Dinner Supplement cost for all guests who will be staying with us on the 24th of December and 31st of December, 2024. The location of the resort is exceptional, the views from the room are as if you are staying in the mountains itself, the warmth and hospitality of the staff makes you feel you have known these people for ages. It is a dream vacation for anyone

Courteous staff who understand customer needs and tries to provide these services with best resources avaliable with them

Food quality and taste was poor, I had booked an all inclusive CEP package for which I paid approx 6k extra for 2 days and then during dinner time staff asked me to order a la carte as occupancy was low. After some time staff says selected menu item can’t be given in a la carte for all inclusive menu. This id ridiculous, after paying more than the direct cost for food at venue still services and food not up to mark for food.
