Hidden Lagoon Resort

The pool ,the staff group (friendly)and prices of restaurant (normal and not high priced).air cond modern and silent

The road(i knew)to arrive, only cold water in shower, so so many flies that make difficult to eat there

A cute small resort with an amazing pool in the middle of nowhere, mostly quiet, nice bar, good simple breakfast and exceptionally good mattresses that give you a great night's sleep, gated and closed at night for some safety, well working a/c, tv and a fridge, great value for the money

Even though it's hidden in the forest, you can hear planes take off at the nearby Tagbilaran Airport, also the low almost nonexistent water pressure is unacceptable, just as the unacceptable bad non paved road leading to the resort and the LED's that have been installed are partially not strong enough, the bathroom is almost dark, also burning the trash just in the backyard of the resort is also not acceptable in 2026 but that goes for the entire country

Schön verstecktes Resort. Wenn man es abseits des Trubels mag und dafür gerne ein paar Meter in Kauf nimmt, ist es perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, sowohl vor Ort als auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen! Sehr leckeres Abendessen! Würde sofort wieder in das Resort gehen.

The place was quiet and the pool had a really nice environment to relax. The staff was really sweet and answered fast to all the messages, they can also help you to plan trips or tours around the island, and can arrange transport if needed. All the food that was served tasted amazing and there are many good options. Incredible breakfast! They tried to solve and answered all of our questions and requirements during our stay.

We spent 4 nights without a proper functioning shower and no warm water (just one room). Even tho we told the staff about this issue many times, the problem wasn’t solve so we couldn’t shower in our room but in one of our friends room instead. Also there were people really loud and drunk during one whole night until 5am, the staff didn’t stop this situation which was very annoying. Lastly, one of the rooms had bedbugs.

ABBIAMO PRENOTATO UNA SUITE QUEEN DELUXE PER 3 NOTTI, LA PRIMA NOTTE PERÒ NON AVEVANO LA STANZA ANCORA DISPONIBILE, QUINDI CI HANNO DATO UNA CAMERA STANDARD, MA DEVO DIRE CHE NONOSTANTE FOSSE PIÙ PICCOLA, NON CI SIAMO ACCORTI DELLA DIFFERENZA E PRONTAMENTE IL GIORNO DOPO CI HANNO TRASFERITI NELLA SUITE. IL PREZZO È OTTIMO. LA STRADINA PER RAGGIUNGERE LA STRUTTURA È STERRATA E UN PO'PIENA DI BUCHE, MA CON LO SCOOTER NON ABBIAMO AVUTO TROPPI PROBLEMI. OTTIMO SOGGIORNO.
