The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. When we requested to move our family room due to a gecko inside the initial room (Room 13), the staff assisted us immediately and transferred us to another family room without any hassle. Special thanks to Dianne at the front desk, who was very hands-on and supportive during our stay, as well as kuya who was always helpful around the resort. The resort itself is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it a relaxing place to stay—almost like being in the middle of the forest. It’s about 10–12 minutes away from Alona Beach, which is not bad, especially if you prefer a calm and less crowded area. The bar and common areas were nice for unwinding, as seen in our photos. The rooms were generally clean, hot water was available in the shower (though inconsistent), and a hair blower was provided.

The road going to and from the resort was quite challenging. It is unpaved and can get muddy with puddles, and although the resort is close to the main road, it still takes around 10 minutes to get in and out due to the road condition. At night, there are no street lights, which can make the drive feel a bit scary—especially for solo travelers, particularly female travelers, who plan to rent and use a motorbike and come back late in the evening. Some amenities were also lacking. Extra toilet paper had to be requested, and there was no kettle or coffee provided in the room unless asked for. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and not always working properly. The bedding, while clean, had noticeable stains which were hard to ignore. The restaurant food was a bit pricey for the portion sizes served. There are no nearby restaurants or shops, so we relied on food delivery and used the Maxim app, which worked well as an alternative.

Lovely poolside area with lovely foliage. Comfortable rooms with decent breakfast.

The road to get there was ridiculously bumpy/ slippery and muddy and you have to walk on this road to get to anywhere.

Resort muy bonito y tranquilo. Buen resort para desconectar del ruido y descansar, tienen una piscina muy bonita y la habitacion era grande y limpio.

La carretera para llegar es un horror si a estado lloviendo, es una calle de pierdas y beaches y si llueve se inunde!
