Bohol Cattleya Resort

It’s very nice, very new, has a pool in front of the room (every room has a chair, table and lounge in front), every room has toiletries, fresh drinking water every day, coffee, etc.

The property was a bit hard to find (Grab took a bit long), but when you found it you can see that is not what it seems (the road is not asfalted). It takes only 5min walk to the main street and across to the beach 10min. If you rent a motorbike it is even easier.

Nice resort about 10min walk from center. Stuff friendly and helpfull. Lovely pool with warm water.

It was a bit noisy, because around resort are some cocks which crowed in early morning. “But no cocks, no eggs for the breakfast” you need to be tolerant for them :) and for the breakfast it could be much more fruits

We lived next to reception and it was noisy in the morning + our neighbour were family with roasters

-location, the walk is not so bad and its proximity to a lot of food choices and alona beach is much appreciated -its pretty quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the highway -nearby general merchandise store just in front of the property for 3in1 coffees and snacks -cleanliness, the rooms and facilities are kept maintained daily -staff, always smiling and accommodating to our needs and requests -they also have inhouse maintenance/repair man that can address any concerns in electricity or facilities quickly -full equipped kitchen area, there is a common refrigerator, a microwave, complete condiments, ice maker and drinking water -room amenities, love the king size bed, netflix on tv and spacious room allowing my luggage to lie flat, basic toiletries, and frequent towel change. Lots of places to dry wet clothes too. The sun lounger outside facing the pool was also a great place to relax

- you can feel the springs of the bed to the touch but when you lie down its not felt that much. But the bed is creaky and quite low - there is no restaurant in the property for meals like lunch or dinner. But they allow grab deliveries or even takeouts to be eaten with no corkages - the walk to the property from the main highway can be quite dark at night. Thank god for phone flashlights - the receptionist isnt knowledgable about details of tours around bohol but she'll give you the number of a person you can talk to - the drink choices inside is expensive

Staff was kind and helpful. It is located a but off the main road, which makes is a little less noisy.

Sliding glass doors in each room does not provide any noise isolation, so you will hear anyone at the pool area. Also the dirt road leading to this resort is very muddy after rain.

Brand new ,super clean,comfortable bed,massive swimming pool

Our stay at Cattleya Resort was wonderful! The receptionist team Ashley and Angel were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The resort itself is clean, well-maintained (thanks to the housekeeping team) and conveniently located near restaurants and tour options. We truly enjoyed our entire stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and accessible getaway!

The pool view is very aesthetic and Instagrammable. The room features a large bed and a drying rack for clothes. Breakfast is self-service, and the variety of food is excellent.

Be cautious with the pool, especially if you have children, as it is over 5 feet deep. The location is far from the beach, with no lighting on the rough road, more than 10-minute walk.

I liked the fact it was a smaller,quieter place away from the busy tourist area.It was a nice size comfortable room with good quality bedding,towels etc.Very clean,large shower ,sink and long desk to put your things on. Also had a small fridge and water boiler that stayed hot which was great!

I did not like that it stated it had a restaurant but it was only breakfast that they served. You had a good selection of menu items to choose from but the servings were quite small and if you wanted more you had to pay for it.
