Honestly, nothing.

The room was dirty, not clean at all. Room had a funny smell to it.

Location and rental bike just outside the hotel with best price of Panglao

Very noisy during the night, almost impossible to sleep. On breakfast area there was a man (European, I guess he is the owner) smoking during all days, even when we having our meals.

The roominess comfy, clean and well designed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was not good, any walk to beach or town means dealing with a horrible mainroad. The long-term stay guest was constantly shouting into his mobile and smoking like a chimney in the reception area, very bad first impression and he should have been reprimanded.

Really spacious and comfortable rooms. The pool is also very nice. Great (new) scooters for rent! The location is on a perpendicular street to the main road so it's quite peaceful (except for the chickens in the morning). The staff was also very friendly and let me have a shower after checking out, before I flew out.

Chickens next to the hotel are quite loud in the night / morning. The shower could be warmer.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly.

The path to property was not walkable at night. It was about a ten minute walk down a path with no lighting and lots of dogs. This dissuaded us from going out in the evenings.

Nice pool, good breakfast, very central

Grab driver don’t always find the right path but it is 2 min away from the main road and plenty of good restaurants

It is a small oasis in the middle of the madness in Panglao. Very nice place to stay!

staying here is good its near to everything you needed restaurant,cafes and few minutes walk to alona beach too.

only the toilet cabinets need to be renew as it is rusty, as well as the water coming out from toilet bidet spray smell awful.
