Frukosten, stort urval. Privat pool i rummet med kallt vatten, underbart! Läget, lugnt o tyst. Lite isolerat men det gillade jag.

Urgullig personal MEN dom behöver coachning o hjälp. Har svårt med kommunikation sinsemellan så problem som uppstår bollas mellan olika men blir inte lösta. Då stället ligger lite isolerat är man i behov av fungerande transport service. Det funkar inget vidare. Säger man till i receptionen blir svaret antingen; finns ingen bil/scooter eller ett pris som är galet högt. Frågar man personalen som städar, serverar så finns det alltid nån som kan skjutsa. Dom själva eller nån släkting. Till ett bra pris.

Comfortable rooms. Nice balcony. Very close to beach - but unfortunately there was a LOT of garbage being washed up. The hotel’s stretch was clean, but next door was not. There are also a lot of boats anchored further down, so long walks were not as pleasant because you had to hurdle over ropes. Staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but our friends who tried lunch and dinner there were not impressed, so we took their advice and ended up going to the hotel further down for dinners. Great location with boats for quick and easy access to the Gili islands. The dive centre was also good. Make sure to check equipment though. My fins were cracked and were scratching my feet. I didn’t really notice this until I was in the water. It’s good that they try to repair them (melted rubber?) but need to make sure their okay for actual use. Okay place to stay, but I’d check out other places before staying here again.

Clothing/towel racks in room or balcony for wet swimsuits, etc. Increase availability of masseuses - only 2 on site.

The staff were amazing. I was upgraded to a better room with breakfast. A great view and the facilities were excellent. The massage was wonderful

I think you should put vents into the cabinets that the fridge is in. That area is really hot and the fridge will use more power. This will be more efficient. I am unsure why the sinks are outside the bathroom.
