De rust op het park en de keukennstaff die erg service gericht waren. Het was een Topteam! Als je wat speciaals wilde vroeg je het en ze regelde het. Van gerechten buiten de kaart tot speciaal fruit, geweldig! De eigenaresse is zeer attent en aardig.

De huisjes werden niet elke dag nagelopen door de huishoudelijke dienst. Een deel van de stopcontacten deden het niet, dus ook niet de koelkast. Dit was geen probleem, alleen was het jammer dat de koelkast het niet deed.

I didn't like the mattress and pillows not comfortable. More information should have been given about facilities and surroundings on our arrival. No one cleaned our room during our stay I think customer care should be improved.

Peaceful paradise near the bangsal port. Best hotel experience so far on our trip to Indonesia. Family run hotel offers amazing food and cocktails. Spend some time relaxing near the swimmingpool.i. the beautiful garden. The rooms are very big with comfy beds. We highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this place, an absolute gem of a find. The gardens are so well maintained and the pool was one of the most peaceful we’ve stayed at in our 3 month trip around SE Asia. The bar and restaurant was super chilled and food was great. The family that own it are lovely and will help out with trips, transfers and scooters.

We paid for three nights but ended up leaving after just one. There are many dogs roaming freely around the garden, which could be an issue if you’re allergic or uncomfortable around animals. Although breakfast was included, the selection was very limited and the portions were so small that we had to eat out anyway. The location is also quite remote, making it hard to get around without a scooter. We decided not to waste our time in Lombok staying there and moved to a better place instead.

There was so much to like. The gardens are lovely, the villas were amazing, and it has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I wish we had booked a longer stay.

The pool was amazing. Best pool all trip. The owner was very nice and very helpful. Very beautiful grounds. The staff were sweet.

The rooms were dark. They hadn't put the aircon on before we arrived so the room was very hot. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good. Only the owner and her son spoke English so asking for things was really difficult. There were only one other couple when we were there at first then only us so a bit too quiet and not much to do in the area. The wifi was broken and the toilet blocked up.

Beautifully maintained grounds. So much has gone in to keeping these immaculate. We were the only guests on the property at the time so had the entire resort to ourselves. The staff were very attentive and stayed up provide food and drinks. We only stayed one night but it was so relaxing we could have stayed more.

Absolutely lovely staff and property! A beautiful green estate. I think we were the only guests too so had the whole place to ourselves - kinda nice, kinda strange haha. We only stayed for a night before our boat but was v peaceful.

Rooms are slightly outdated (quite 2000s) and the location isn’t really around things - you need a scooter. Our one night wasn’t too much of a problem
